​For 25 years, Ray has dedicated himself to managing major claims for liability, damages, and operational loss in the fields of construction and commercial and industrial real estate. He has had clients in the U.S. as well as in South America, Asia, and Europe. Ray also leads investigations and damage surveys as part of product recalls on behalf of multinational companies.
In addition, he has distinguished himself in the field of appraisals and umpiring. Ray supervises GM Consulting USA's teams based in Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, New York, and Los Angeles.

Martin has over 30 years’ experience handling major property losses. He has worked as an independent loss adjuster in the United Kingdom, Australia, South America and the Caribbean. A New York City resident for 15 years, Martin leads the management of major property claims. These include energy, machinery breakdown, construction, and commercial real estate in the United States.

Tim’s experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry spans a 29-year period and includes adjusting residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, educational, retail, telecommunications, and builders’ risk claims. Tim started his career in the insurance claims industry working residential and casualty claims in Kansas City. After extensive educational and field training Tim’s career progressed to commercial field adjuster, General Adjuster, Executive General Adjuster, Large Loss Supervisor, EGA Manager, VP President of Commercial Claims and finally President of NHI General Adjusters.

Randy Oxen

Randy has been a multi-line Independent Insurance Adjuster and Investigator since 1995. He is experienced in handling all types of property losses; liability, first and third party, including commercial and home owners, trucking and auto, construction and product defect, subrogation and recovery, fraud and SIU. Randy also provides expertise with bad faith defense, employee malfeasants, expert testimony at depositions and trial, managing litigation and cost, MSJ, MSC, mediation and arbitration. Randy is a licensed independent adjuster in the state of California and has adjusted claims in over 20 states and Mexico.

Nick Dewar
The Caribbean: MBA, CFIRM, FCII
Nick commenced his loss adjusting career as a trainee Loss Adjuster with McLaren Dick and Co in 1988 based in Hull UK. Over the years he has adjusted a wide range of commercial claims across many business sectors including, Hotels, food and drink, defence, retail, pulp and paper both in the UK and abroad.
In 2000 Nick moved to an international Insurance broker and worked as a Claims Consultant / Account Executive where he managed a number of blue chip accounts and handled claims that emanated out of the Bunsfield explosion before returning to adjusting in 2009 in an international liaison role based in London.
Since January 2011 he was the Country Manager and Director responsible for a prominent global loss adjusting company based in the Bahamas before founding Caribbean Loss Adjusters Ltd in April 2016. He has extensive experience in managing all types of claims across the Caribbean.

Ruth Saeys
Belgium
After graduating from the University of Ghent, Belgium as an MSc in Geology, Ruth started her career as an environmental consultant and worked on soil, groundwater and surface water contaminations. She subsequently became the Head of the Soil Investigation Department. In 2008 Ruth joined the Loss Adjusting industry at a global company and continued to specialize in environmental losses but also widening her scope towards claims related to Food and Feed Contamination, General Liability losses, Product Recalls etc. In 2010, Ruth assumed the role as head of the Global Environmental Practice Group, leading an international team of environmental loss adjusters.
Ruth speaks at seminars and also hosts various in-house training sessions for insurers and brokers across the globe. Ruth has a private investigator's license and is a FUEDI ELAE adjuster. She is fluent in English, French, Dutch and German and understands Spanish and Esperanto.
